Create a review queue that prevents silent publishing

Make ownership, evidence and channel status visible before a draft can leave the workspace.

Updated August 2, 20267 minute readThe reviewer should be able to see the asset, the claim and the publishing destination in one decision view.

Define the decision

Separate “ready for review” from “approved to publish”. A complete draft may still need evidence, a crop check or a channel owner.

Put the evidence beside the action

A review screen should not ask someone to approve content they cannot fully see.

  • Show the exact text and media version being approved.
  • Expose claim notes, synthetic-example labels and unresolved warnings.
  • Name every destination and its current status.
  • Provide a clear return path when changes are required.

Make the outcome observable

After approval, show what changed: owner, timestamp, status and next step. If publishing fails, preserve the approved source and explain the recovery action.
