Prepare one campaign for multiple channels

Keep the idea consistent while reviewing format, length and status separately for each destination.

Updated August 2, 20266 minute readCross-channel work should share a source idea, not a single block of copy pasted everywhere.

Lock the source message first

Agree on the audience, promise, evidence and next action before adapting the campaign. This gives every channel version a common centre.

Review every channel as its own output

A channel-ready version should be readable without seeing the other versions.

  • Check format and length before scheduling.
  • Keep disclosures and required context attached to the relevant version.
  • Preview crops, line breaks and links in the intended placement.
  • Treat a failed destination independently instead of hiding the whole batch state.

Keep status visible after approval

Record which version is ready, scheduled, published or needs attention. A shared campaign is useful only when channel-level differences remain traceable.
