Understand content review status

Read draft, review and approval states without assuming that “complete” means “published”.

Updated August 2, 20264 minute readGeneration, review, approval, scheduling and publishing are separate states.

Draft

The content exists but still needs review. Inspect text, media, claims and destination-specific warnings.

Ready for review and approved

Ready for review indicates a hand-off. Approved records a decision about a specific version; it does not prove a provider accepted or published it.

Scheduled, published or needs attention

Use the channel-level status to confirm the outcome. A partial failure should preserve successful destinations and name the recovery action for the failed one.
