One idea should produce many channel-ready drafts

Consistency comes from a shared source, not from identical formatting.

Updated August 2, 20264 minute readKeep the campaign intent stable while letting every destination carry its own format and status.

Copy-paste hides important differences

Length, context, crop, interaction and audience expectations vary. An identical block may technically fit and still be wrong for the placement.

Create a small family, not a clone set

Keep a shared source message, then review every version independently. A family can be recognisably related without being visually or verbally identical.

Status is part of the content

The workflow should expose which version is a draft, approved, scheduled, published or needs attention. That state is more useful than a generic “campaign complete” badge.
